Milk tank semi trailer is composed of the running gear and milk tank body. the milk tank is made of 304-2B food grade stainless steel cold-rolled plate, the welding seam is polished with a polished disc to make the inside of the tank smooth without sharp angles, which is convenient for CIP cleaning inside the tank
Thermal insulation layer of milk tank semi trailer adopt 7 cbm thickness polyurethane foam insulation, the polyurethane foam is covered with a 10mm rubber sponge for insulation; the temperature insulation effect changes 1-2 degrees within 24 hours
The outside of milk tank semi trailer adopts 201 stainless steel wire drawing board, which is completed by the overlapping of the steel plates, without needing spraying paint, which improves the wear resistance of milk tank, meanwhile facilitates the cleaning of milk tank.

Application and Brief Introduction
Milk tank semi trailer is mainly used for transport raw milk to achieve the safe docking transportation function between the pasture and the milk company. The fresh raw milk cooled to 4 ℃ is injected into the milk tank semi trailer through the milk pump to realize the heat preservation and transportation of the fresh milk to the milk enterprise for processing; the temperature changes 1-2 ℃ within 24 hours; After delivery, the milk will be discharged to the milk silo through the milk pump.
